Camasunary Beach Clean 24 August 2019

Good weather and lots of people made the beach clean day a great success. The Skye Marine Matters rib delivered over a tin of rubbish to the skip waiting at Elgol pier. Camasunary bay finally looks pristine and beautiful again. Many thanks to all helpers including: Gill and Tom from Skye Marine Matters, Surfers Against Sewage for the bags and insurance, Ally and Carolyn for their time Andy quad bikes, The Highland Council for the skip, the Highland Council Harbour Master for allowing the skip and boat to use the Elgol Harbour, the Mountain Bothies Association, All Things Cullen Facebook Page, Alan Johnson and the Neil MacKenzie Trust for their support and all the helpers on the day; Judy, Alistair, Dawn and Alistair, Issac, Brigitte and Adrian, and others whose names I sadly can’t remember.
